q The Filtermist Ultra™ is a comprehensive mist collection system that handles
virtually all applications:
– Turning

– Cast Iron Machining
– Coolant Pressure up to 1500 psi
q Easy Installation – our powerful FX-1200 mist collector is pre-mounted to a rugged
mobile cart, eliminating the need for any additional stands or brackets.
q Compact footprint, (19" x 20"), enables convenient locating behind the chip conveyor of
most machines.
q An integral cyclone acts as a pre-filter to remove dust, fines, and large droplets,
greatly improving overall performance and minimizing maintenance.
q For use on any machine with an internal volume greater than 60 cu. ft.
q High-pressure coolant rated to 1500 psi.
q Dual discharge ports support continuous drainage back to the machine tool
coolant sump.
q Simple ordering – one part number takes care of everything.
q Includes the following:
– Model FX-1200 Filtermist Mist Collector
– Rugged Mobile Cart with Locking Casters
